WHO WE ARE

Force Multiplier is a new narrative-driven studio focused on crafting AAA blockbuster franchises for the global market. We are building a dream roster from the highest creative and design levels of major film and game studios such as Activision Blizzard, Sony, Riot, and Dreamworks.

WHAT'S IN OUR NAME

In military science, a force multiplier is a factor that empowers a team to accomplish far greater feats than without it. As veterans of blockbuster franchises in all mediums, our combined narrative focus, ambition, experience, and dedication is our force multiplier and exponentially enhances everything we do.

WHAT WE DO

We use proven methods, drawn from our learnings working in the biggest IP, to create universes worthy of devotion. Whether expanding a beloved universe, or creating our own, our focus is on engaging players with iconic characters and epic stories. We build immersive interactive experiences.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

We are approaching the game marketplace as an entertainment company that strategically leads with interactive. We see the value of franchises in linear media. We invest deeply in narrative from the outset. We designate world-building as our first priority.

OUR CULTURE

Guided by principles of empathy, inclusion, collaboration, and innovation, we are not afraid to take creative risks because we always support each other. We attract the best, because we treat our colleagues with respect. That means flexibility and remote work, which allows us to tap into a global network.

ACCOLADES

In addition to generating over $3b in sales, our team members have garnered over 50 nominations and awards, including Golden Joysticks, Baftas, Dice, Emmys, and multiple Game of the Year wins.

    Jeremy Breslau

    Co-Founder, CEO, Game Director

As a writer-director, Jeremy has over two decades of experience in features and AAA games and has written large scale action and fantasy thrillers for major game and film studios including Sony, Warner Bros, and Activision-Blizzard.

In 2017, fresh off his multiple Game of the Year nominations and wins for his role as Lead Writer on the critical and commercial hit TALES FROM THE BORDERLANDS, Activision Blizzard tapped Jeremy to write CALL OF DUTY: WWII. In addition to receiving widespread critical acclaim, it soared to $500mm in its first three days of release, became the best selling game worldwide that year, had the most completed campaign in CoD history, and was the 8th highest selling game of the decade. It was also nominated for a Dice Award for Best Action Game of the Year.

Following the success of CoD: WWII, Activision Blizzard and Sledgehammer Games promoted Jeremy to Narrative Director, and he created the characters and story for CALL OF DUTY: BLACK OPS: COLD WAR, which set a new record for the highest first-day digital sales in the history of the franchise, and became the best-selling game of 2020 in the US.

Jeremy then partnered with Redruth Pictures (Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Godzilla vs. Kong) and Infinite Entertainment to write and direct a sci-fi epic — the first in a planned trilogy — based on his original pitch. He also took on the role of Narrative Director at Sony Interactive Entertainment where he led the creative development of multiple AAA blockbuster Sony franchises.

Jeremy co-founded Force Multiplier with his frequent collaborator, Brent, given their shared passion for narrative excellence in games powered by epic character-driven storytelling and top tier world building.

In traditional media, Brent has worked with nearly all the major U.S. studios and networks with a passionate focus on science fiction and fantasy, including projects such as “Star Trek: Enterprise,” “The Twilight Zone,” “Star Wars Rebels,” the Emmy-winning series “Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” and the cult NBC series, Dark Skies,” which he co-created and for which he was showrunner.

In games, Brent has worked across console, PC, social & mobile as a Narrative Designer and Writer for some of the top companies in the business such as Electronic Arts, Zynga, Telltale, 343 Industries, Capcom and Activision Blizzard. He has compiled credits on such games as “Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars,” “Empires & Allies,” ”Halo 4,” “Tales from the Borderlands,” “Resident Evil 2 Remake”, ”Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War,” “Call of Duty Vanguard,” and the upcoming mobile RPG, “Avatar: The Last Airbender — Generations.” He has received multiple accolades for his work in games and traditional media including Game of the Year, The Golden Joystick, and Emmy awards.

As an entrepreneur, Brent founded Electric Farm Entertainment where he created and produced four award-winning multi-platform web series including the award-winning “Valemont” for MTV.
